Partner functions buttons are disabled

Hi Experts,

I'm using ERP Vendor like UI. I am trying to view attributes in "ERP Vendor Purchasing Organization : Partner Functions" section in SAP MDG 9.0 but all the buttons on the toolbar are grayed out. Please find the screenshot for the same.

note: I have enabled the Additional Purchasing Data. On enabling that i'm able to add new plant data for the purchasing organization. But even adding the plant , the New different data and Delete Different data button is not enabling.

Kindly help me resolve the issue.
