Our SAP environment (7.50) utilizes OpenText software via archive link to store attachments for various business requirements. To date we have amassed a large volume of attachments resulting in an increase of storage area. In an attempt to avoid continually adding disc space to the OpenText database has anyone employed or know of a mass deletion scheme using parameters such as date ranges to address their growing volume of attachments. There doesn’t appear to be any transaction in SAP which allows for this.
