OUR Production Instance is in down due to the issue ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error : [12209] [4194562] [] [] [] [] [] [] which i found in alert log file. Our PRD system is 2 node windows cluster with oracle failsafe manager.
Very urgent, Kindly help us to fix the issue as soon as possible.
