Optional Sandbox system starter price

Hello, we use SAP S4H Public cloud edition 3SL. We are already in the Production tenant and the starter system was decommissioned after 30 days. We however need the starter environment again. 

I found that there is an option to subscribe to the optional Sandbox system for a fee. Could you please guide me on how to do it? And where can I find the fee amount?

Just add a few points on what my colleague Bob said:

- To keep the Starter System after you get the Production Tenant, you need to notify SAP, especially your AE, right away. Because after 30 (?) days of lock your Starter System (that's 60 days after production tenant provision), your Starter System will be gone completely. So you want to make sure SAP's ops team is aware of your intention.

- There is a cost to keep the Starter System, and it is usually paid for by your AE. That means you really need a justification for him/her to pay that bill for you.

- Besides Starter System, do you consider a Sandbox System, which is fully paid by you as a customer. You should contact your AE as well for this option.

As far as I know ,there is a exception process to extend accessibility of 2SL/3SL starter system , your AE/AO/CSP is responsible for managing the exception process. and the costs also can be known from them.
