OpenText VIM - Workflow errors / destination / performance / SMQS / mass input

Hello,

I have a customer using OpenText VIM. On regular bases the customer faces problems
in VIM documents, not correctly handled. But with no clear identification, why. There were
also problems, when automated testing posted a lot of VIM documents.

The problems seems to be located in the area of the VIM workflow, available processes ...
When a mass input starts, the system get's in trouble.

After calls with SAP/VIM support they increased in SMQS transaction the technical setting
to destination WORFLOW_LOCAL_<client> to 59 seconds. This helped a little bit, but there
seem to be other performance issues.

Question from me:

Does any VIM specialist faced these performance issues also?
Which technical setting you have changed (SMQS, available background processes, ...)
