OpenID for SAC

Hi all,

Is it possible to configure OpenID Connect for user authentication  (SSO)  between SAC and IAS, when IAS is configured as a proxy ?

Or is SAML 2.0 the only supported and recommended method?

At least that's what note 2411608 - SAP Analytics Cloud SAML authentication configuration says:

Q: Are there other options to have SSO in SAP Analytics Cloud?
A: Currently, you can only authenticate in SAP Analytics Cloud using SAML. 

So OpenID is not avaliable for authentication at the moment.
