Only Scheduled Crystal Reports Stuck in Pending Status

Hi all,

I have updated the SAP BO BI platform to 4.3 SP04 Patch 8 in a Linux server.

To use Crystal Reports 2020, I have added a node with the same version BO BI platform in a Windows server by deploying only the Crystal Reports 2020 related services, referring to How to distribute SAP Crystal Reports 2020 service... - SAP Community

Afterwards, I can successfully run and view the Crystal reports on the BI launch pad, but the issue is when I set the schedule on the Crystal report, the status keeps Pending.

I can successfully schedule the Webi reports.

Could anyone help advise how to solve this issue? Thank you very much for your help.
