OFTP 2.0 connection over TCP/IP from SAP PI/PO

Hello Experts,

We are having SAP ECC to third party scenario in SAP PO 7.5 & getting timeout error while connecting to third party. We are trying to connect third party via OFTP 2.0, TCP/IP protocol Screenshot is attached.

Could you kindly check the issue and let me know how to resolve it.

Hello Swanand,

I am getting similar kind of issue with OFTP receiver channel mentioned below. telnet is working from PO server.   

Could not receive SSRM., cause: java.io.IOException: Connection timed out Read timed out.

Could you Please share if you have solution for it.

Hello Swanand,

Kindly ask basis team to perform curl / telnet from PO server.

Connection time out issue occurs due to IP/ URL whitelisting.

If ping test as mentioned above ia not working then check with OFTP vendor for whitelisting PO server.

They have to allow firewall to access from PO.
