OData Query: Filter on Hierarchy node is not working filterable=false

Hello,

according to Parameter Handling Hierarchy  it is possible to Filter on Hierarchy nodes.

I tried the following

Hierarchy is active (i.e $select contains _NodeID): Subtree selection => The reply contains all nodes (including leaves) below the filtered node. It is normally not possible to filter the _NodeID property. This is possible however if the query has a hierarchy node variable that was modeled for the hierarchy.

I created an Bex Query for 0PROFIT_CTR with an Hierarchyvariable  + NodeVariable . I used the following URL:  (HIERARCHYVAR='HIERARCHY1',HIERNODEVAR='')/Results$select=0PROFIT_CTR_N&$filter=0PROFIT_CTR_N eq 'HIER_NODE:Europe'

The result: Error Message: BW_BICS_EQ/033 --> Filter on 0PROFIT_CTR_N not supported

i can see filterable=false in metadata for 0PROFIT_CTR_N

How can we resolve this?
