OAuth URL for Ariba CIG used by SAP Cloud ALM

Good afternoon,

At this moment we are in the process of implementing ALM and we need to monitor ARIBA CIG integrations; On the Ariba APIS site we already carried out the steps of creating a new application, requesting access, Ariba approved the access and we generated the oauth, now we need to know how to generate or copy the API url that we are going to use in ALM or please can you help finalize the implementation.
