Oauth configuration for MAIL type destination in cloud IAG

Hi All,

Basic authentication is turned off for all tenants which is working on Exchange/Outlook 365 online. Hence for IAG SMTP we wish to migrate it to OAuth method. Thus the destination of TYPE MAIL needs to be changed from Basic Authentication to OAuth one.

As can be seen from the screenshot, there are multiple Oauth options available and we wish to use the best and easy option available.

We need to know the changes that need to be done on the Azure smtp side as well as the Destination side in IAG to provide the correct Token service URL,client ID etc.

Can you please help us on this with complete configuration from Azure SMTP side as well as in SAP cloud IAG

We are currently in the process of configuring an OAuth mail destination for IAG. While the setup functions correctly with basic authentication, we are not receiving email notifications when using OAuth2 client credentials.

Is your issue resolved? Can you pls share how?
