NWP1 button not working

Hello,

we upgraded the GUI to version 8. Since then the buttons in the medical letters in transaction NWP1 where you can check documents about therapy, procedures & reason for admission (and the other documents) aren't working. 

They are there, and you can click them, but there is no reaction and no document is opening. There is also no error message or dump.

Do you know how I can fix that?

Hello, Can you see if the issue depends on a particular GUI theme? Are you using the latest patch 12? Are all users affected?

Hello,
the issue affects all users regardless of theme. 

I analyzed it a bit more and think the reason is that the variable m_action of the event sapevent isn't filled correctly. But I couldn't find out where it is filled and I couldn't find a note that this solves.

 Does anyone know how I could check where this is filled? In the programm I couldn't find anything

What is your current GUI patch level please? Test one user with patch 12 if not already installed.

Hello, sadly we aren't allowed to update again at the moment unless we have prove that the update solves this issue. The patch level is 6 Hotfix 1. I couldn't find any information about this issue in the notes of the newer patches.
