NW 7.40 SP7 Migration to Oracle 19c

Dear All,

Current system information:
OS: AIX7 HACMP
System: ECC 6.0 EHP7, SAP_BASIS 740 SP07
DB Version: Oracle 11.2.0.4.0

We want to migrate our EHP7 system to X86 SLES 15.

I search the SAP Notes and PAM, I know that Oracle 11.2 doesn't support SLES 15, so we plan to install Oracle 19c.

But I cannot find any information about the ERP requirement for Oracle 19c, may I know can Netweaver 740 SP07 support Oracle 19c? Do I need to upgrade the SP?
