Number of DBSL marker exceeded Dump

Hi all,

I have a customed report. When i execute it with certain restrictions(Inputs have reasonable amount of data) it works without dump. But when i execute it with a value in selection screen(This input that i enter to the selection screen has huge amaount of value) the program gives dump.

Number of DBSL marker exceeded

Current = 33858

"Maximum = 32767"

I couldn' t see any data range restriction in the code. How can i check max amount (32767) in the program ,please?

• You have to code it (customer report) check some max number in select-options values or execute some select count of objects before actually select the whole detail data (perform some test and/or change the program logic to optimize memory/database access and the like)
• Read (KBA) 2317211 - Dump DBSQL_STMNT_TOO_LARGE, Number of DBSL tokens exceeded
• Also some Kernel upgrades can set the maximum number of tokens sent to the DBSL to 65,535
