NPS/Standard Scores as Score Attribute in the Score Builder - SAP Marketing Cloud (2002)

Hello, everyone,

Is it possible to have/activate Net-Promoter-Score as an attribute in the Score Builder? Also, how can I activate existing scores as attributes in the Score Builder, for example, I cannot see Engagement Score as an attribute in the Score Builder.

For my score, I want to use as many existing scores as possible as attributes before I create them myself.

Does anyone have an idea or already know?

Dear Lora,

Building scores on scores is not possible. It is also not planned for the future.
