Notifications for broadcasting of Reports

Is there a way to set up notifications if the broadcasts of reports fails?

No, currently there is no way to trigger/set up notifications of those broadcast jobs. Each broadcast execution needs to be checked manually under Business Analytics > Broadcast work center view.
