Hi;
Is there a way to get our internal support team notified once a communication user is locked? We had an issue where additional api validation caused one of our communication being locked resulting in subsequent business process to fail.
It would be ideal if we can configure a notification email once a communication is locked.

Hello,
there is currently no standard notification scenario available for the use case that you've mentioned. One possibility you could consider would be to use the communication user inbound API to actively fetch the lock status of the various communication users, and whenever the result of the lock status is true you could notify the internal support team.
