Notification tab in Flexible Workflow for PO

I would like to send mail notifications at the end of a workflow using MMPUR_PO_WFL_APPROVAL_EMAIL and MMPUR_PO_WFL_REJECTION_EMAIL templates in SAP S/4HANA on premise 2022.

By default workflows in "Manage Workflows for Purchase Orders" app do not have notification tab neither during creation nor after save during editing.

Notification Tab does not appear even after creation of custom email templates based on standard ones mentioned above.

Thus, I am not able to use one of the features mentioned in the link.

Could you please advise how to activate notification tab in workflows?

Hi Aleksandr, please refer to this sap help document to copy the sap pre delivered email template to custom one. Custom email templates should follow certain formats as mentioned in the help document. If you have already done everything as per the this document, then please refer to workflow customizing(T-code : SWU3) to verify all the required background jobs for the workflow is configured or not. At the end, Flexi workflow notification will be triggered from the backgroud job with DDIC user. You can verify the SM37 log once you Approve/Reject the purchase order.

Hi. I faced a similar issue like the one you mentioned. For me the notification tab appeared after maintaining the email templates for approval and rejection.
