Not possible to retrieve information about SAP Scripting usage from directly from SAP.

We want to get the list of users who are using SAP Scripts since it is enabled for all user it is not possible to identify the population users who are using the sap scripts in EP7 SAP system, provide us the solution to find it.

Dear Customer,

It's not possible to know the detail users who called the sapscript.

But in Tcd:SP01 you can specify parameter "Document Category" 
as OTF,then execute,you will see all the OTF spools created by the users.
OTF spools were created by calling SAPSCRIPT form.
