Not getting response in Change Set Action in MDK and responding with Failure in Mobile

Greetings,

I am working on MDK offline application where I have to Create Sales Order using Batch call (since deep insert is not possible in offline). I explored on it and find out it is possible through Change Set action. It is working through the Change Set action and moving to Success Action and creating the Sales Order. But I am not getting response in Change Set action result in Web and also when I tried in Mobile Svcs app it is moving to Failure Action. Here attached screenshots of CreateHeader, CreateItem and Change Set action.

In web it is moving to ResponseData.js and creating sales order but no response in action result & in Mobile it is moving to CreationFailure.js.

I have tried to put ResponseData.js file in individual action results but it doesn't work. And I am using Modal Page where I am triggering batch call and successfully creating the Sales Order in backend but in Mobile it is not working as Web.
