Hi All,

I have got the access to CPI tenant. I tried smoke test to check and it works.

https://help.sap.com/viewer/368c481cd6954bdfa5d0435479fd4eaf/Cloud/en-US/8c83fcf4a72241af9f05e26b3f8...

I tried to copy pre delivered packages and I can get option to edit the channel.

But when i tried to created some scenario like SOAP to SOAP, REST to REST, I am not getting an option to edit or configure channels. I get message like No properties Defined.

Is it because of user role? My user has developer role. Tenant Build number is 3.11.22.

Hello Muniyappan,

Can you try to refresh your browser cache and can you click on any other step( select ) & then check if you are able to see the configuration relevant to that step.

Hi Sriprasad,

Thank you for your response.other steps were fine, except channel cofig. I tried your suggestion. But it did not work. I have deleted sender and receiver and tried to drag and drop from pallet. Then I was getting the option to edit channel configuration.

After that I also tried to create new integration flow, it was working for this.It is strange.

Regards,

Muni

I have faced similar issues recently. I would typically close the session and login again afresh.

Deleting the sender and receiver then using drag and drop solved the problem for me. Thank you !
