Not getting data and 401 Unauthorize error in Mobile Service Client.

Hi Team,

I am currently working on MDK app and trying to consume OData Service in Mobile Service. I have created destination in BTP as follows:

Destination using Basic Authentication. Consuming this destination in Mobile Services as SAP Destination Service:

Able to get data on OData Application Destination Test and Launch in Browser but when I tried with application in BAS and deploy on Mobile Service not able to get data through Mobile Service Client App(SVCS) and getting 401 unauthorized error.

Kindly check on this issue and if required more information on it feel free to reach out.

Error is not completely visible in the screenshot. Can you share the complete error log? To get the detailed error log, go to Analytics>Logs in Mobile services cockpit.

If "Launch in Browser" is able to load the oData then I don't see any reason why it should fail from the mobile app. I would recommend trying a fresh install, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
