not capturing any steps in custom logic tracing app

Hi,

Any idea what possible reason could be for not capturing any steps in custom logic tracing app.

I have added a custom field in "market segment actual "app and then written logic using custom logic app to fetch data using based on customer master. But while tracing logic, no records are getting captured.

Any input on this, is highly appreciated. Attaching the screenshot for reference.

It can simply because the custom logic is not triggered.

If you have a three-system landscape, I suggest "key user debugging" as a workaround,

Thanks Pooja for an update, we are using 2SL, My question was what could be possible reason behind no recording happening in custom logic tracing app
