Hi,
After doing a patch from version 4.2 Support Pack 9 Patch 6 to 4.2 Support Pack 9 Patch 16 we noticed that some days after the patching some functions stopped working. We did a validations on all functions right after the patching and all tests passed. But 2-3 days after we could not reach some functions i CMC, the functions that we could not reach are:
License Keys
Sets
Universes
Connections
BI Administrative Console
Web Service Query
OLAP Connections
Authorized HTML Elements
User Attribute Management
Promotion Management
Version Management
BI Administrators Cockpit
Visual Difference
Auditing
Monitoring
Multitenancy
Cryptographic Keys
Recycle Bin
We get the error message "didn't send any data". Does anyone else had this problem? Or have any suggestion on how to solve this? We have verified that the ports are right and open and that no firewall blocking.
