Not able to see my old answers, badges etc. in new sap community portal

Hi,

I am not able to see my old contributions to the sap community, like my answers, earned badges, replies etc.

Also in my old answers my name is not showing its showing as former member instead.

is it possible to bring my old contents and reputation section back to the new portal ?

It depends on several factors. For example, if your previous account had been inactive for years, then it may have been permanently anonymized to comply with GDPR. You can find more information here: https://pages.community.sap.com/resources/privacy.

If it hasn't been anonymized, you might be able to connect an old account via SAP Universal ID. You can learn more here: https://www.sap.com/account/universal-id.html. That page also includes resources and support options from experts who may be able to assist you.
