Not able to see items in My Inbox Fiori App 1610

Hi All,

I'm unable to see the items in My Inbox Fiori App 1610 S/4 HANA.

• I'm able to see the items in SBWP.
• its not showing any items in Fiori My Inbox App.
• there is no Error in console and Network Tab.

Are you checking with the standard All Items tile or with a scenario-specific tile? If it is the latter and if you are using a standalone gateway, ensure that the workflow task filter is disable din your backend system and enabled in the gateway system.

although the validity stops at 1511, did you check note 2415738 ?

Also, i see you pasted some screenshots which is good but the background is unclear, is it a first time config? does it happen for all users?
