Not able to open PDF in SP01 for some user id

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue in SP01, when i am trying to open any PDF attachment in SP01 spool data, I am getting below error

Unable to call core function READFILE: SY-SUBRC = 16

Message no. SPADS005

kindly help me on this issue, How to resolve.

Hi Ram,

This is the first time you are opening the PDF from the transaction SP01. you have to set the device type and then check the same .
