Not able to deploy i-Flow

Hello Expert,

I'm not able to deploy iFlow in my free tier account, please refer below screenshot.

After I click deploy, I get below error without Deployment Status being unchanged.

Navigate to Manage Integration Content is not available, it remains unclickable.

Please help.

i went a page back and from there i deployed and it worked....not sure if it is some trick or what ....but it deployed now
