Not Able to capture Events through Process Visibility in Workflow

Hi,

I have made the workflow on my cloud foundry environment and also configured the process visibility scenario But i am not able to populate the events . Any suggestions on the same.

Can you let me know the following:

• which plan of Process Visibility are you using - Trail or Standard or Workflow?
• which landscape - EU10, US10, AP10,... ?
• is your workflow deployed?
• is your process visibility scenario active?
• have you scheduled processing of the visibility scenario? You can check this via Monitoring Workflow
• have you created a few workflow instances after activation of the visibility scenario?

Yes you are right, scheduling is not offered in trial. I see that you have clicked on process data. I would request you to clear processing and click on 'process data' again and if the no data/events are processed please raise a ticket.

Hello experts,

I'm experiencing the same issue, but with SAP Build Process Automation. The visibility scenario is empty. I've tried with two different automation and the same result. However, I have a free tier offering, so scheduling works for me:

Yes

-have you created a few workflow instances after activation of the visibility scenario?

Yes

The only thing I've noticed is that the deployment of both visibility scenarios timed out on the first try. On a second try, they both deployed.

Please advise.

Thanx for your response.

Below given are some points for the same.

1.) The plan i am using for process visibility on my trial account is lite as attached

2.) Landscape : US10

3.) Yess, Workflow is deployed on CF env.

4.) The Process visibility scenario is active

5.) It doesnt allow me to schedule the processing in this plan.

6.) Yess i have created some instances after activating the scenario.
