Not able to access the SAC tenant couldn't allow the user to access the URL?

Hi Team,

Kindly give an advice that how to overcome this issue? One of our users, trying to access the SAC URL but they couldn't be able to access it. It states that "This site can't provide a secure connection". Is this happening to only that single user? Did you check with your Basis/Security/Network team?

In normal scenarios, This can an end user browser issue. The most common reasons include --> SSL connections are blocked by a firewall, company VPN or an antivirus program.
