Not able to access "Extend Non-SAP Connectivity" tile

Hi. I am working on "Creating an API Based on Slack" assignment using my trial integration suite. When I click on the "Extend Non-SAP Connectivity" -> Create Connectors, I am receiving the following error:

<SobaMap><requestId>64931603e4b041719cb6f0bb</requestId><message>No authorized user found. Please contact your administrator to obtain access</message></SobaMap>How can I access the tile? Thank you

Hello Tetiana,

First check if open connectors related role collections are assigned to you..After assigning role also if you are getting error please drop an email to below mail address with your subacxount details to get it rectified.

Hello Tetiana,

I have seen response within 4 to 6 hours. But still it depends on volume of the request they get as its not mission critical for them 🙂
