No scheduling possible with Analysis for office workbook in BI Launchpad

Dear SAP Community,

I am administrator for a BO 4.3 system (SP 2) and have the problem that with an Analysis for Office workbook there is no scheduling possible in the BI Launchpad. With the CMC it is possible for the users. Even with my rights as administrator I am not able to schedule this report in BI Launchpad. Reports based on Crystal reports have no problem, only workbooks from Analysis for Office.

Is there any setting which makes the difference between CMC and BI Launchpad with the scheduling at AO reports?

Were you able to figure this out..? We have a similar problem with 4.3 SP4 Patch 2 version.

Thank you. The points of the checklist are all okay in our system. The problem is the new fiori launchpad in 4.3.

In the meantime I have found some sap notes especially note 3127088 which describes nearly the problem we have. But the described solution is a bit astonishing. Because it is included in the patch 11 of SP02 or in SP03 but the solution says it is in development and you have to use a workaround.

Can someone please report if they have 4.3 SP03 (or SP02 Patch 11) and if they can see now the schedule link in BI Launchpad with AO workbooks.
