No reponse in MS Teams

Hi,
I have followed the steps and integrated CAI to MS Teams, but I'm getting no response in MS Teams. Connection seems to be working, as I'm able to see the entry in the CAI monitor (Screenshot below). And one thing strange, CAI is receiving 2 entries.

Were you able to complete

Create a new bot channel registration step

Successfully in microsoft azure and configured MsTeams
If so then can you provide the screen shot of the same.
