No entry in FAGLFLEXA for this line item of BSEG (Ledger )

Hello,
I have runned the FIN_CORR_RECONCILE program before ECC-S4HANA conversion. Then I get "No entry in FAGLFLEXA for this line item of BSEG (Ledger )" error in FIN_CORR_DISPLAY. I checked related note 2714344 with this FINS_RECON 072 error message. 
Could anyone explain, what does this message means? What should I check? Will this error cause problems after conversion?
