No data is available for the chart to render. SAC

I am trying to display two key figures in SAC, but they are not showing any data. These key figures were displayed a few days ago.

What can I do to fix this error message? 

I am using a live BW connection.

Since you’re using a live BW connection, sometimes data might not load due to connectivity issues or changes in the BW queries. Here are a few steps you could try: Check the BW query to make sure the key figures are still available and haven’t been modified or deleted. Verify the data source connection in SAC to ensure it’s still active and authorized. Refresh the data manually or try to reload the model in SAC. Confirm that any filters or variables applied in your SAC story aren’t excluding all data by mistake. If all else fails, consider reaching out to your BW admin to check if there are any backend issues or recent changes. Hope this helps! Its a Live connection, check for variable change in the back end. If need to maintain appropriate values to those variables maintain them. 

Check for Filters applied on this widget and adjust if necessary to display your data.

Correct if any overlapping  filters that restricts the data.

In analyzer see the data with the same measures/dimensions in your widget and Create a test widget with same set of designer controls and see if the data coming there and you can easily understand the reason why data is not showing here.
