no access to SAP Build Apps Lobby via subaccount

My colleague is the admin of the central BTP account in our org and provided me a subaccount I d´like to to use for SAP Build Apps.
Roles of BuildAppsAdmin and BuildAppsDeveloper are set for me. Also all other settings are fine, nevertheless I can´t access the SAP Build Lobby and get the following error message

"Access Denied
You need permission to access this page. Request access from your administrator."

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you still encountering the login issue? Could you please reconfirm that all the SAP Build Apps roles are assigned for the custom identity provider for your applications? If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot of the user trust configuration for further investigation

It is recommended to enable Build Apps via booster. You will receive an email asking you to set password for the Custom IDP. You may have to use the username and password and login via the Custom IDP url to access the Build Lobby.  Check out this helpful tutorial https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/build-apps-trial-booster..html from @Dan_Wroblewski and see if all the steps mentioned here are completed. Also when new roles are assigned, logging out and logging back in from BTP reflects the role change updates.

thanks for the recommendation, the issue seems to be with the Default identity provider, which does not work

I´ve changed now to a "Custom Identity Provider for Applications" which does work in the sense of getting to SAP Build in general, but now I do have another issue and cannot load any application in SAP Build
