New users are not reflecting from BW System to BO

while creating the New users in BW System users are not reflecting to BO System

BusinessObjects Version:4.2SP3 14.23.2132

Operating system RHL6.0

Database :DB29.7FP6

SAP BW system? SAP BW 7.5 SP5

Database :Hana DB 1.00.122.06.1485334242

If you are on BI 4.2 SP3 you must patch to at least patch 3 to fix mapping issues. See SAP note 2389833 for details.

If you create user in BI, they dont get created in BO.

Ideally, SSO between them take care of authentication using security token service.

How is your SAP authentication configured in BOE ?
