New SDK behavior with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (Professional)

Dear Community,

I am using a new VSIX extension in Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (Professional).

Ref: Updated SAP Cloud Applications Studio Installation Process – Effective August 2025 

When I update or edit the solution contents and perform Save + Activate followed by Check In Content, the red mark does not disappear.
(In the older SAP Cloud Application Studio, I believe the red mark would disappear after these steps.)

Due to this behavior, I’m concerned that it might cause issues when assembling and downloading the solution.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

Hello! Yes, i have the same issue.

There is also a problem that the output window doesn't show logs while debugging is active as in the previous studio version.
