New SAC tenant URL: How long is time period for data migration (parallel 2 tenant)?

We are planning a new URL and than we have to migrate the content see SAP-Note: 2793071

In this note I found this information about time period: 

"Please note that the new tenant creation (provisioning) is not immediate.
When it is complete, customers will be provided with a specified period to perform the content and data migration."

I have 2 questions:

1. Can we determine when the new URL should be available so we can plan setup and data migration internally?

2. How long is the specific time period for data migration for us where the 2 tenant are parallel available?
