New Fiori tile for adaptation for Fiori Elements is not working

Hi,

We have created adaptation project for one of Fiori elements application "Manage Purchase Requisition - Professional (F2229)'.

We have done adaptation from webIDE and its successfully deployed to SAP NW Application Server ABAP. Its successfully deployed to system. I can see new variant in repository files list

Component ID:- customer.zmanage.pur.req.prof

We have created target mapping with below properties. We have created tile and target mapping in CUSTOM mode.

On click of tile we are getting error as below:-

App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment.Failed to resolve navigation target "#ZPerReqProf-manage". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment.

We have tried clearing all cache & app index calculate, still issue exists.

Is there any config is missed while creating tile.
