Hello SAP Community,
I recently had a widespread "Establish Trust" issue that was resolved by the SAP team. Following that, I have created a completely new BTP trial account to start fresh.
On this brand-new account, I have successfully subscribed to SAP Build and assigned all the necessary role collections. I can successfully access the SAP Build Lobby.
However, the account is still not functional. When I click "Create" after reviewing, to make a new application inside the SAP Build Lobby, I receive a "Forbidden" error.
(Correlation Id: a108cc8a-b036-4676-7049-e37deac6ec9b)
The recommended solution was to subscribe to the Destination Service (lite plan). When I attempt this, the service instance creation fails every time with the error: "Couldn't create service instance 'destination-instance'." (Screenshot of this error is attached).
This indicates that even this brand-new trial account is not being provisioned correctly on the backend, preventing essential services from being created and blocking all development.
Could the SAP team please investigate the provisioning status of my new trial account? Thank you for your help.
