Netweaver 7.5 Upgrade Problem

Dear ,

I want to SUM SP19 to update our netweaver 7.5's software component to SP7, I have download all related component, but it prompt following message, it seem it can not connect to Oracle database, I have searched the internet, but nothing found.

Could not determine database information. The process launched to connect to the database has not been completed. Could not complete DMT process. Check the DMTINFO.LOG log file. Could not execute DMT command dbinfo with arguments D:\SAPEP\sum\SUM\sdt\config\DBINFO.XML. Return code condition success evaluated to false for process java.exe for action dbinfo.

Hi,

Base on the error log ORA-01034, would you please check the database connection with the following command as <sid>adm user:

tnsping <DBSID>

R3trans -d

Are you using distributed installation for the system?
