To enable an HTTPS port on the Message Server, configure the port with the profile parameter "ms/server_port_X".

The KBA 3339092 shows how to configure the SSL certificate for the SCS.

But notice that using the Message Server for load balance is not supported, and an SAP Web Dispatcher must be used instead (SAP Note 1040325).
