1. In which table are landing charges mentioned? Please tell me the table name.

2. Where are the expenses mentioned? In which table name?

3. In which table is printing & stationery mentioned?

1. Landing Charges Table
Landing charges are part of Landed Cost documents in SAP B1.

Table Name: IPF1 – Landed Costs - Costs

Header Table: IPF – Landed Costs

This table stores additional charges like freight, insurance, customs, etc., associated with importing goods.

2. Expenses Table
Expenses (like indirect costs) can be recorded in different places, depending on the use case:

For AP Invoices / Expense Accounts:

Table Name: INV1 – Document Lines (has the AcctCode for expense account)

Table Name: JDT1 – Journal Entry Lines (actual GL postings)

Table Name: OACT – G/L Accounts

The expense nature (travel, meals, etc.) is determined by the G/L Account used in transactions.

3. Printing & Stationery Table
SAP B1 doesn't have a specific table called "printing & stationery"—it's usually recorded as an expense under a G/L Account.

Table Name: OACT – G/L Accounts

Find the G/L account with name/segment matching "Printing & Stationery".
