Need help on CSV format in CPI

Dear Experts,

In my scenario, I am forming a CSV file and depositing into a SFTP Box.I was asked to send the CSV in UTF-8 (without BOM) format. I am simply converting the XML to CSV via the Converter (not selected Headers) and in the next step adding the Headers as per the CSV through Content Modifier.

But the files are failing while processing at the Target system with errors as - "We encountered the following error verifying the file as CSV: Any value after quoted field isn't allowed in line 2"

And they have observed that the Control-M characters are not there at the end of the Header line and asking me to add that at the end of the Headers. Please suggest how can I do it.
