Near "Entity": syntax error in: UPDATE...

Hello everyone :),

For a while, we have been having an issue with the Update functionality. (Provided by CAP, not custom.) 

The error keeps on occurring inconsistently (sometimes the update works, and other times it doesn't). By update, I mean editing an entity, and upon saving I get the error below.

Could anyone please help?

Database kind: Postgre-SQL

Location: Issue with both local and deployed versions of the application

Are you using@cap-js/postgres (https://github.com/cap-js/cds-dbs)? Please always attach the version numbers to your issues. Also it would be helpful, to have a reproducible sample with simple step by step instructions.
