Navigation path is not working in EP Portal when we used Single sign on

Dear experts,

When i tried to access EP portal with specific link without SSO i am able to trigger to exact navigation path. but when we tried to access with SSO it is not triggering to exact application it is triggering to home page only

Please find the attached image for example.

Please help on high priority .

Hello Veera,

The URL is not correct, it should be http://host:port/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=<...>&saml2idp=<...>. Check your reverse proxy configuration again. Also, there is a wrongly added forwardslash in the URL:

http://host:port/irj/portal/

Please use:

http://host:port/irj/portal

Then parameters can be appended to the url successfully.
