Is there anything in the SAP notes?
It looks like a bug in transaction code SE80, which was solved by changing table RSEUMOD for your user, set WIDTH to value 200 for instance, save and try again (note 2527919).
But for transaction code MIGO, I don't think it would work. Are you really sure that you drag and drop the "handle" in the middle of the vertical line?

Had that once when working remotely via Citrix if I remember correctly. Opening the SE80 on site, solved the issue for me.
No idea if it helps, but I guess it doesn't hurt to know it either.
