navigation attirbutes in a cube after upgrading to BW 7.02

HI BW experts,

we upgraded to BW 7.02 from 7.00 and we having a problem with navigation attributes on infocubes.

In the cubes the navigation attributes have the flag ON .

On BEX I can see these attributes as navigational but I can't see them when I build a trasfomation from this cube to another infoprovider (cube or DSO): in the trasfomation these attributes are not available but I can see thes as filters in the DTP.

How Can I solve this issue? Any ideas?

Hi,

See if you can carry out mapping as attribute of master data in the transformation.

It should be visiible in the option..

Hi,

Navigation attributes are not used for transaction data loading they are part of Master data. In the transformation you can only see the basic characteristic from source inforprovider and target infoprovider, navigation attributes are never visible during transformation.

If you include that particular infoobject in underlying infoprovider then only it will become visible but in that case it will no more a navigation attribute.
