My processes(My requests) App will not show anything in SAP Build Work Zone with BTP Free trial

Hello experts

I am exploring SAP Build Work Zone and process automation with BTP free trial. I set up work zone Business site that can trigger a Process which was defined in Build Process automation and also monitor the progress of approvals performed in both Public and Shared environment with my inbox and Monitor workflow Apps in Work zone.

However, My processes app will not be able to show any Process details but loading eternally. Am I missing some configurations or this is happing simply because Work zone standard option or free trial is not supporting My processes(My requests) App?

I checked required configuration in SAP help and seems everything is set. I appreciate any help or thoughts 🙂
